Anthony Christy grew up in his father’s workshop alongside his brothers, learning to build things. He has spent most of his professional career as an engineer, but discovered his love for woodworking and has not looked back since. Anthony has a trained eye for complex detail, quality and genuine craftsmanship. Anthony loves to spend his time hunting, fishing and going on adventures with his family.
Dominik Baumann
Design Technician / Cabinet Maker
After completing a design degree specialising in Spatial design Dominik is in training to become a cabinet maker. Dominik has experience in all phases of the process including design, production, project management and installation. Dominik is methodical and precise in all of his work making sure each stage of the project is executed perfectly. Dominik loves to get outdoors, surfing & mountain biking with his camera never too far away.
Jason Stevens
Director/Owner
Jason Stevens has a reputation of excellence in joinery and ensuring every clients wish is met. Jason has over 30 years industry experience across high-end commercial and residential projects throughout New Zealand, Australia, and the Pacific. Jason is always looking to be challenged and loves taking on innovative projects. Outside of work Jason loves to spend his time hunting with his three sons.
Christian Gouws
Factory Manager / Cabinet Maker
After spending his professional career working in South Africa, Christian and his Family moved to New Zealand to start a new adventure. Christian is a highly valued member of the IPS team and has nearly fifteen years of industry knowledge and experience. Christian works closely with clients, ensuring projects are completed with efficiency and excellence. When Christian is not on-site or in the workshop, he loves to spend time with his family fishing, kakaying, and exploring the outdoors.
Clayton Knight
Cabinet Maker
Clayton is one of our most experienced cabinet makers with over twenty-five years of working as a skilled cabinet maker in New Zealand. Clayton is extremely methodical in his craft and takes on the most challenging tasks, ensuring they are made to last the test of time. Clayton is a highly valued member of the IPS team and brings with him the knowledge he has mastered over his career. When Clayton isn’t in the workshop, he loves to travel and discover new places.
William Kelly
Client Manager / Cabinet Maker
Will has over eight years of industry experience and is an integral part of the IPS team. Will has trained under Jason and has refined his skills as being a talented cabinet maker and installer. Will brings a big smile and hard working attitude every day to the factory and the IPS team are very fortunate to have him on the team. Outside of the workshop Will loves to get outdoors into nature hiking, tramping and spending time with his animals and partner.
Roko Groom
Cabinet Maker - Apprentice
Roko is our newest Apprentice in training to become a qualified cabinet maker. Roko is being trained under our most experienced cabinet makers and is extremely driven and hard working. Over the next few years, Roko will follow the same route as Will and become certified. When Roko is not in the factory, he loves to surf and explore our beautiful country with friends. We are really excited to have him on our team.
